Join us for our Annual General Meeting

We are happy to announce our upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) being held Monday May 11th at 7pm at Char’s Landing, 4815 Argyle St, Port Alberni, BC V9Y 1V9.

At the AGM, you will be given a chance to see the latest news from the Arts Council, our 2025 financials, our Annual Report, and vote in the directors for 2026-2027. A reminder, only members can vote, but all are encouraged to attend!

Arrive from 6:30pm – 7pm, with the event 7pm – 8:30pm (max.)
