Event Coordinator – Teas at the Mill
The Community Arts Council is hiring an Event Coordinator to support our Teas at the Mill series at McLean Mill. This contract role involves overseeing food service (Food Safe & Serving It Right required), coordinating volunteers and performers, assisting with promotion, and ensuring a smooth guest experience. Ideal for someone with hospitality or event experience, this position includes a $500 honorarium and requires availability for all event dates: July 13, 27, and August 17.

Art Instructor – Summer Kids Camps
We’re seeking a creative and energetic Art Instructor to lead our Summer Kids Camps at The Grove Gallery. This role involves planning and delivering fun, age-appropriate art activities for children aged 7–13, managing supplies and cleanup, and creating a safe, inclusive environment. Experience working with kids is preferred, and a background check is required.
This position is being offered through the Canada Summer Jobs program. Applicants must be between 15 and 30 years of age at the start of the employment; be a Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or person to whom refugee protection has been conferred under the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act for the duration of the employment; and, have a valid Social Insurance Number at the start of employment and be legally entitled to work in Canada in accordance with relevant provincial or territorial legislation and regulations.
