In the exhibition ‘Fluid Motion’, I explore the dynamic interplay between abstraction and realism, using fish as a central motif. Their fluidity symbolizes freedom, resilience, and the ever-changing rhythm of life.

Each brushstroke is an intuitive response to my surroundings—sometimes guided by bold, expressive texture, and other times by the delicate layering of light and shadow.
The fish, often abstracted or distorted, emerge from swirling currents of color, blurring the line between form and feeling.

Through this collection, I invite viewers to immerse themselves in the movement of water, the push and pull of chaos and harmony, and the emotional depth beneath the surface.

‘Fluid Motion ‘ is an exploration of flow—within nature, within creativity, and within ourselves.  – Julia Oscarson
