Adam Copp, photographer, has been living in Port Alberni for over the past 7 years.

Adam Currently works as a Nurse in Critical Care ICU and a part of a Mental Health Crisis Team, but has also had an extensive medical career as a paramedic, and as an Canadian Forces medic. Adam hasn’t always been a health care professional though, he had spent several years in the hospitality industry. Where he has catered many events for celebrities and even some popular musicians!

Adam explores all over Vancouver Island and gains tips from locals to find the perfect spot to capture the unique and wild beauty that is Vancouver Island, but he loves Port Alberni the most. Adam has been practicing photography throughout his life, but in the past year has started to take it seriously as soon as he learned that people were interested in purchasing his work. Adam focuses on landscape photography ,”I love finding the angles, light, colors, and landscape that makes people look twice when they see my photos or it connects to them in a way that draws them in.” He states. Adam is particularly inspired by the beauty of Port Alberni, which you can tell by viewing his work here at The Grove gallery.
